TERMS
Once a session type, duration and time has been scheduled, you will be sent a link to complete an online registration form, together with an invoice to pay online by card.
Completed forms and payment should be received no later than 72 hours before the start time of the scheduled class.
First sessions include a free additional 10-15 minute ‘meet and greet’ session at the start of the class, to check settings and set-up arrangements. The participant/ parent/ carer agrees to be ready to start the online meeting at the scheduled time, as classes cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time, unless by mutual agreement.
Paid for classes can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. In this case the session can be re-scheduled if applicable, or a refund of the class fee less a 10% admin charge requested.
Classes cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable, but can be re-scheduled if applicable.
It is the participant/ parent/ named carer’s responsibility to ensure that the dancing area is safe and that all hazards and obstacles are removed, and that the participant is dancing within the limit of their ability. Any injuries should be reported to the teacher prior to the start of class.
Children’s classes should be supervised by a parent/ named adult carer at all times. In the case of children over the age of 9 the parent/ carer does not need to be in the same room as the participant, but should be within hearing distance at all times, to be on hand if assistance is required.
There should be no unauthorised persons present in the room during sessions.
Classes will be recorded by the teacher and films stored on password secure devices for the record. These WILL NOT be shared or used for promotional or third party purposes unless with the express permission of the participant/ parent/ carer. Film/ image excerpts showing the TEACHER ONLY during class may however be used for promotional purposes.
The particpant/ parent/ carer agrees not to record sessions or take photos during classes at any time, unless with express permission of the teacher and any other participants.
Meeting login details or links should not be shared under any circumstances.
In the event of inappropriate behaviour, language or gesture during class the session will be terminated immediately. No refund will be agreed to in this circumstance.
In the event of a session being terminated by matters out of our control (eg service interruption/ illness/ emergency etc) the remainder of the class can be rescheduled by mutual agreement.
Both the participant and teacher agree to be suitably dressed during class times.
By undertaking meetings on the preferred platform (Zoom) the participant/ parent/ carer agrees that their usage may be monitored and logged by that company.
